The working time to make visa is exact as what we have given, for unlimited nationalities, it takes 1-3 working days, except for Saturday, Sunday, Vietnamese Public holidays, for Middle East and Africa.
The visa service fee is on the website and there is no additional fee, it is not applied for Middle East and Africa countries.
Your payment information is secured by Mastercard and International Sercured Standard, we even do not know that information. We just know the amount of money you send via Onepay which is the partner of Mastercard in Vietnam.
If the visa we send you is wrong, we will make a new visa for free.
We have refund policy and will refund for client for following situations:
- If you pay successfully, but for some reasons, you want to cancel it, you must inform us in 30 minutes after you pay. We will give you full refund
- Refund as the requirement of clients because we can not make visa or do not have enough conditions to make visa (Client must send us an email for refund)
- Clients have duplicated payment or pay more than order.
